JHS-G rotating electronic endoscope is new type nondestructive inspection equipment with the techniques of optics, precision machinery, electronics and micro-camera technology, including electronic rotation and manual rotation. The electronic rotation control the rotation of the probe with electrion It holds direct viewing and squint CCD at the same time. When testing, the probe can rotate 360° positively and negatively, and stop if need. The adjustable center bracket can let the probe at the centre all the time. With the manual rotation, the manipulator rotates the insert pole in order to make the observation of rotating at rang 330° positively or negatively actualize. The idiographic operation is that the manipulator turns the handwheel, fix up the camber angle of the probe after it adjust to a needed angle, and rotate the insert pole. In this way, we can observe the wall of pipe when the joy stick needn’t rotate. This type electronic endoscope has the merits of flexible manipulation and the labor intensity low.
2. Main purposes and the scopes of application
JHS-G rotating electronic endoscope is mainly used for the inspection within large-diameter pipe or the part where the probe outer need look back at a large angle, including jointing quality, external finish, rust degree, crack instance, search of foreign body, etc. This type industrial electric endoscope is especially suitable to the inspection of pipe with large diameter and long length and the part where the probe outer need look back at a large angle. Now it has been widely used in variety fields, such as pipeline, boiler pressure vessel, electric power, cylinder inspection, oil, chemical industry, shipping, archaeology, military weapons, customhouse，etc.
